  • • Partner with hiring managers across G&A functions (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing) to understand hiring needs and develop effective, efficient recruiting strategies.
  • • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and employee referrals for full-cycle recruitment.
  • • Manage a full slate of 8–10 active requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • • Deliver a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • • Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • • Contribute to improving and documenting recruiting workflows across business functions to scale operations during rapid growth.
  • • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and other recruiters to streamline processes and maintain consistency in hiring standards.
  • • Apply recruiting metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in sourcing, conversion, and time-to-hire.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines using recruiting tools and systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • • Act with decisiveness, simplicity, and ownership in alignment with Harvey’s core values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities in a high-growth environment with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
  • • Represent Harvey’s employer brand professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive perception of the company.
  • • Work cross-functionally to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation criteria to attract top-tier G&A talent.
  • • Stay current with market trends in G&A recruitment and recommend adjustments to stay competitive in talent acquisition.
  • • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing from broad talent pools and mitigating bias in screening and evaluation.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and hiring manager information.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • • Experience working on G&A roles (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and tasks
  • • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, and a willingness to learn and apply data to improve outcomes
  • • Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
