- • The Business Resilience Associate role at Griffin Banking Ltd is central to building and strengthening the bank’s operational resilience, ensuring the institution can protect its customers and maintain continuity under stress.
- • Day to day, you will own the supplier management framework, deepen supply chain mapping, monitor supplier performance, design and coordinate supplier failure scenario tests, support the development of first-line controls assurance (line 1.5), embed resilience culture across teams, and ensure alignment with PRA/FCA regulatory requirements.
- • You will join the Operational Resilience team, which sits at the intersection of risk, technology, and operations, working closely with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to continuously strengthen Griffin’s resilience posture beyond compliance.
- • In this role, you will build trusted relationships across the business, become a go-to expert on supplier management, lead major scenario tests, and help establish foundational resilience programmes that scale with the bank’s growth and evolving regulatory landscape.
