- • The Business Solutions Analyst III - Remote role at CSAA Insurance Group works directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes, ensuring solutions meet business needs through structured analysis and collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements via interviews and workshops, translating them into functional design specifications, managing requirements through the product lifecycle, supporting UAT testing, and collaborating with business and IT teams to validate feasibility and ensure traceability.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in business analysis methodologies, insurance systems (including Guidewire and pricing tools), data analysis, and SDLC practices, while strengthening collaboration and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives.
