- • The Business Systems Administrator at Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and consistent use of NetSuite and related business tools like Zip (Procurement/Sourcing) and Navan (Time & Expense), translating finance, procurement, and accounting requirements into scalable configurations that drive efficiency, control, and continuous improvement across the source-to-pay ecosystem.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing system changes and automations based on approved work items, supporting platform updates and releases through testing and validation, maintaining core system data accuracy (approval hierarchies, spend thresholds, vendor records, GL mappings), creating and maintaining test cases, administering user access and roles, troubleshooting configuration and workflow issues, and contributing to user-facing documentation such as release notes and knowledge base articles.
- • The role operates within the Business Applications team, collaborating closely with fellow NetSuite administrators, business stakeholders, and system admins to align tool usage with enterprise standards, ensuring platforms function as strategic assets rather than mere support tools, all within a company recognized as a Leader in IDC MarketScape for Managed Detection and Response and honored with multiple industry awards including Forbes Cloud 100 and CRN Products of the Year.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in ERP systems (particularly NetSuite), gain hands-on experience with procurement and expense platforms, develop skills in iPaaS integrations (e.g., Jitterbit, Boomi), strengthen understanding of SOX compliance and audit processes, and grow proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript/SuiteScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs—positioning them for advancement in enterprise systems administration or business analysis within a high-growth cybersecurity leader.
