- • The Business Systems Administrator (NetSuite) plays a critical role in supporting Arctic Wolf’s mission to End Cyber Risk by ensuring the secure, consistent, and well-governed use of NetSuite across the organization. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of core financial and operational processes that underpin business scalability and compliance.
- • Day to day, the administrator will support system configuration, workflows, and day-to-day administration activities for NetSuite; assist with managing system updates and releases; monitor storage usage and perform data archiving; create and maintain standard reports; assist with ad hoc reporting; perform introductory scripting and development under direction; create and maintain test cases for enhancements and fixes; support deployments using change control best practices; and troubleshoot system, configuration, access, and data issues using documented procedures.
- • The role operates within the Business Applications team, collaborating primarily with Business Applications administrators and managers to support requirement clarification, execution of approved priorities, and adoption of planned change initiatives. The team emphasizes disciplined execution, documentation, and adherence to governance standards to ensure NetSuite enables efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in NetSuite administration, gain hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions (e.g., Jitterbit, Boomi), develop proficiency in SuiteScript, SQL, and HTML, strengthen SOX compliance knowledge, and grow their ability to bridge technical systems with business needs—positioning them for advancement in enterprise systems administration or ERP specialization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of NetSuite administration experience
- • Obtainment or pursuit of base NetSuite Admin Certification (e.g., Suite Foundation, Administration)
- • Working knowledge of SOX compliance and tracking
- • Ability to manage individual work efforts as part of the Jira Sprint/Release process
- • Working knowledge (preferably in a development environment) of JavaScript/Suite Script, SQL, and HTML
- • Exposure to REST/SOAP, APIs, XML/JSON and SSO/TBA
