- • Gather and organize business data using an integrated software suite to support enterprise business functions.
- • Assist in executing testing and quality assurance activities for the enterprise business application suite and document testing outcomes.
- • Develop understanding of business theories, concepts, and techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Assist in developing business process designs, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption and user readiness.
- • Provide production support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting issues with guidance from senior team members.
- • Follow Change Control methods to implement system solutions and adhere to IT service level agreements (SLAs).
- • Monitor SLAs and escalate issues as needed while promoting consistent customer service standards.
- • Support departmental efforts to improve customer satisfaction through timely and effective follow-up with end users.
- • Participate in creating and maintaining documentation for enterprise business applications and system configurations.
- • Develop familiarity with existing business processes to prevent issues and gather insights for future improvements.
- • Engage in cross-training, department meetings, and vendor education to build professional skills and knowledge.
- • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to align standards, share knowledge, and ensure consistency across deliverables.
- • Demonstrate accountability for individual work and team outcomes in a cohesive, supportive environment.
- • Participate in instructional seminars and continue development on Cincinnati Children’s computer-based systems.
- • Apply conceptual knowledge of project management methodologies and application development lifecycle in daily tasks.
- • Work under direction from senior team members to complete straightforward, defined tasks within established policies and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline
- • Ability to follow defined procedures with guidance from senior team members
- • Strong written communication skills

- • Annualized pay range of $56,846.40 - $72,488.00
- • Full-time, regular position with 40 weekly hours
