📋 Description

• • Architect and deploy advanced workflows, scripts, configurations, and modules in enterprise platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee to support global business operations.
• • Manage and optimize integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, n8n, and Alteryx to ensure seamless data flow and automated processes across financial, supply chain, and customer-facing systems.
• • Design and implement end-to-end system solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy across multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments.
• • Ensure SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs) through system audits, governance frameworks, and robust internal controls within enterprise applications.
• • Troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver actionable business insights through advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics built on integrated data platforms.
• • Lead the automation of business processes using low-code/no-code platforms and middleware solutions to streamline finance, billing, asset management, and procurement workflows.
• • Implement and maintain API integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols to enable real-time data synchronization.
• • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage system enhancements, prioritize backlog items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, GTM, Engineering, and People.
• • Leverage AI and machine learning tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar frameworks to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions, including copilots and agentic workflows, that enhance enterprise system capabilities.
• • Translate high-impact business process opportunities into scalable AI-driven implementations across finance and operational systems, improving decision-making and reducing manual intervention.
• • Present complex technical architectures and automation strategies clearly to technical teams and senior executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to continuously improve system performance, security, scalability, and user experience across the enterprise technology stack.
• • Support CI/CD pipelines for NetSuite development using tools like Git and Jenkins to enable version-controlled, repeatable deployments of custom scripts and configurations.
• • Maintain documentation of system architectures, integration flows, automation logic, and compliance controls to ensure knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
• • Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing systems and propose innovative, scalable solutions that align with Lambda’s mission to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity.
