  • • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and evolve Salesforce solutions and integrations to support organizational goals across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
  • • Own end-to-end development of custom code, objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes within the Salesforce platform.
  • • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for custom development and enhancements on the Force.com platform.
  • • Implement and manage Internet and intranet applications using Salesforce Sites, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, model business processes, and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • • Perform system maintenance, documentation, and version control for all business applications, ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
  • • Manage day-to-day development processes including code deployments, testing, and release management for Salesforce and integrated tools.
  • • Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • • Optimize and maintain a portfolio of business systems including Salesforce, Ironclad, Outreach, Gong, ChurnZero, OwnBackup, and Harmony AI.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and workflow productivity.
  • • Experiment with emerging tools such as Hubbl and Swantide to improve business systems automation and integration capabilities.
  • • Conduct Salesforce upgrades and ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • • Provide technical leadership by reviewing architecture, design, and code for quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • • Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • • Work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and evolving technology stacks.
  • • Maintain clear communication with non-technical teams to bridge business needs and technical execution.
  • • Ensure all systems are properly documented, tested, and aligned with internal compliance and operational standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Business Systems Engineer/Analyst
  • • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
  • • Hands-on experience with system integrations and API management
  • • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • • Experience with workflows, flows, and Salesforce automation tools
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
