- • The Business Technology Analyst intern will investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services, inform business decisions, and support technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include eliciting and analyzing requirements, supporting project teams across the lifecycle, developing project documentation, applying domain expertise, breaking down strategic problems, analyzing data for insights, building test cases, and exercising judgment to solve problems within established rules.
- • The role is part of BMO’s Technology team, where interns work mostly independently while collaborating with stakeholders and taking measured risks in alignment with the bank’s Risk Management Framework and approved Risk Appetite.
- • Interns will gain hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and technology evaluation, while developing professional skills in communication, collaboration, and risk-informed decision-making within a major financial institution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Foundational proficiency in Agile Delivery and Development
- • Foundational proficiency in Data analysis
- • Foundational proficiency in Learning Agility
- • Foundational proficiency in Process improvement and optimization
- • Foundational proficiency in Stakeholder Analysis and Management
- • Typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination
