- • As the Vice President of Product Management for Higher Ed at Cengage Group, you will lead product strategy and drive customer and business outcomes for a global education technology company serving millions of learners.
- • You will define product vision aligned with business goals, conduct continuous discovery to understand customer needs, prioritize initiatives based on measurable impact, and foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- • You will lead a team of product managers, championing customer-centricity, innovation, and collaboration while building a strong culture around the Product Operating Model and developing team members into mini-CEOs for their products.
- • You will establish data-driven processes to measure product success, evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and advocate for investment based on results and customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a comparable area, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- • 12 years of experience in product management in a technology organization.
- • 10 years of experience in product management leadership roles with a track record of building and leading empowered teams.
- • In-depth knowledge and experience with the Product Operating Model, including leading empowered product teams and driving outcomes.
- • Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
- • Strong analytical and data-driven approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
