  • • To further accelerate our expansion in North America, we are establishing a significant commercial presence in Miami. This vibrant city is a critical hub for creators, influential agencies, and leading talent management companies. This newly created role is a pivotal frontline sales position, directly responsible for driving revenue, cultivating robust relationships, and forging long-term, mutually beneficial creator partnerships.
  • • We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially astute B2B Sales Representative to be based in Miami. This individual will be instrumental in driving Fanvue's growth by engaging with creators, agencies, and talent managers across the United States. This is a hands-on sales role for a proactive individual motivated by the challenge of building relationships and revenue streams from the ground up.
  • • As Fanvue's inaugural sales hire in the Miami market, you will assume complete ownership of outbound sales initiatives, comprehensive pipeline development, and meticulous deal execution. Your primary objective will be to solidify Fanvue's position as the premier platform of choice for both emerging and established creators, as well as the crucial partners who represent and manage their careers.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Spearhead outbound B2B sales efforts targeting creators, talent agencies, and management firms throughout the US market.
  • • Proactively build and diligently manage a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic outreach, active networking within the creator ecosystem, and conducting in-person meetings.
  • • Skillfully convert qualified prospects into long-term, revenue-generating creator partnerships that align with Fanvue's growth objectives.
  • • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, track deal progress, and manage all stakeholder relationships with accuracy and efficiency within the CRM system.
  • • Strategically re-engage with existing leads and dormant opportunities to identify and unlock new commercial avenues and revenue streams.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for Fanvue, representing the company at key industry events, community activations, and important client meetings within the Miami area and beyond.
  • • Collaborate seamlessly with the Marketing and Growth teams to ensure alignment in campaigns, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • • Gather and synthesize crucial market insights, identify common objections, and collect competitive intelligence to inform leadership and product development decisions.
  • • Rigorously track performance against established sales targets and provide clear, concise reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and achieved revenue.
  • • The Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • • Possesses demonstrable experience in B2B sales, specifically within creator partnerships, or holds relevant commercial roles within the technology, media, or burgeoning creator economy sectors.
  • • Demonstrates comfort and confidence in selling directly to individual creators, established agencies, and senior-level stakeholders within these organizations.
  • • Exhibits exceptional relationship-building skills, coupled with a persuasive, consultative sales approach that prioritizes understanding client needs.
  • • Is highly self-motivated, driven, and thrives in an environment that allows for independent work and decision-making.
  • • Displays resilience and confidence in effectively handling objections, navigating complex sales cycles, and managing potentially long sales processes.
  • • Possesses clear, compelling communication abilities, including strong negotiation skills essential for closing deals.
