- • As a Project Manager at Lilt Production, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of multilingual AI and human-verified translation services to global enterprise, government, and AI developer clients, directly supporting Lilt’s mission to make the world’s information accessible across languages.
- • You will own end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and financial accuracy while acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, linguists, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, resource allocation, risk identification, quality assurance, invoicing, and process documentation, all while maintaining responsiveness to communications within defined SLAs and proactively escalating blockers via Jira.
- • You will lead and support core production teams by identifying resource needs, sourcing linguists from internal vendor databases, delegating administrative tasks to PC interns, and training supporting resources on production methodologies and SOPs.
- • You will safeguard project quality by managing CM, OTD, and LQE KPIs, handling quality complaints, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with production workflows, file analysis, and linguistic asset creation (TM, style guides, reference materials).
- • You will contribute to financial oversight by processing invoices and payments, providing revenue forecast insights to strategists based on production volume, and maintaining accurate system data entry across all production tools.
- • You will uphold process governance by strictly following Production SOPs, monitoring adherence to protocols, developing and maintaining process documentation, and utilizing tools released by Production Enablement to ensure consistency and traceability.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Solutions, Production Enablement, and Customer Support to resolve technical file issues and ensure smooth execution of complex localization workflows.
- • You will operate in a fully remote environment based in Argentina, enjoying flexibility in scheduling while contributing to a global, mission-driven team that values innovation, excellence, and inclusive collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- • 2+ years of professional experience in localization project management or a closely related field
- • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking ability under pressure
- • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and work autonomously with minimal supervision
- • Proficiency in using project management tools, Jira, and production systems for tracking, documentation, and issue escalation
