- • This position is instrumental in consolidating critical market, customer, and competitive insights, working in close partnership with our Market Intelligence team to inform strategic decisions and shape future marketing initiatives.
- • You will be responsible for developing compelling, customer-ready marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and support our global category and innovation planning processes.

- • A key aspect of this role involves supporting the scaling of commercial enablement tools across various regions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to market engagement.
- • You will also play a crucial part in strengthening our engagement with brand, innovation, sustainability, and marketing stakeholders at our priority customers, building stronger relationships and driving mutual success.
- • In the realm of Insights, Innovation & Category Strategy Support, you will collaborate closely with Market Intelligence to consolidate and synthesize diverse inputs – including customer feedback, competitive landscape analysis, and category trends – to robustly support category strategy development and comprehensive marketing planning.
- • Your contributions will extend to supporting segmentation exercises, opportunity assessments, in-depth competitive analysis, and detailed category analysis, all feeding into global marketing initiatives.
- • You will provide essential input into and actively support the development of innovation platforms, ensuring that new product development is aligned with market needs and strategic objectives.
- • Furthermore, you will conduct complementary research as needed, proactively identifying knowledge gaps and gathering the necessary data to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- • Regarding Commercial Enablement, you will translate complex category strategies into clear, concise, and highly effective sales support materials, empowering our sales teams to execute consistently and successfully in the marketplace.
- • This involves coordinating seamlessly with Product Development, Design, Sales, and Communications teams to ensure the effective execution of category-driven go-to-market plans.
- • In Marketing Communications and Customer Engagement, you will support the development and execution of impactful marketing and engagement initiatives tailored for our customers across multiple channels.
- • You will be tasked with creating and adapting insight-led content for B2B marketing communications, encompassing social media campaigns, event materials, presentations, and crucial customer-facing collateral.
- • Collaboration with our Communications and Content teams will be vital to ensure consistent messaging and the effective utilization of category and customer insights in all external communications.
- • For Measurement and Continuous Improvement, you will collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) and Sales teams to ensure that all marketing activities are accurately populated within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- • You will be responsible for reporting out on key performance metrics related to marketing activities and will be empowered to recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- • The Scope and Impact of this role are significant; you will be an important contributor to the overall effectiveness and impact of O-I's global marketing function.
- • You will accelerate the generation and application of valuable insights, directly supporting more informed and impactful customer conversations.
- • This role will enhance the consistency and quality of global commercial materials across all regions, ensuring a unified brand presence and message.
- • You will provide structured support that helps various teams operate more efficiently, allowing them to focus their energy on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- • Ultimately, you will contribute to stronger customer engagement through the delivery of improved insights, superior materials, and compelling storytelling.
- • You will interface closely with key internal stakeholders, including Market Intelligence, Design Services, Sales, the Head of Content, and regional product development and commercial teams, fostering a collaborative and integrated marketing approach.
