  • • Own the international expansion playbook for Kraken Field & Assets, turning a proven UK product into a multi-continent revenue engine. You will be the first boots on the ground in new geographies, translating local market dynamics into a repeatable sales motion that scales.
  • • Act as a true 360° hunter: source your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, run discovery with C-suite prospects, architect multi-year SaaS agreements, and close seven-figure ARR deals without hand-offs to BDRs or sales engineers.
  • • Become the external face of Kraken Field for energy retailers, grid operators, and national installer networks across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. You will evangelise how AI-driven field-service and asset-management software can cut operational cost, accelerate renewable roll-outs, and improve customer NPS.
  • • Navigate complex, board-level procurement cycles that involve CTOs, COOs, CFOs, and regulators. You will map political org charts, build economic cases that survive procurement audits, and negotiate MSAs that include data-sharing, API integrations, and white-label options.
  • • Spend up to 50 % of your time on the ground in target markets—running workshops in Madrid, proof-of-concepts in Berlin, or regulatory briefings in Tokyo—while maintaining a remote-first lifestyle from any major European hub.
  • • Translate product gaps you uncover in the field into crisp feedback loops for Product & Engineering. Your deal-level insights will directly influence roadmap priorities, pricing architecture, and localisation requirements.
  • • Maintain ruthless CRM hygiene in HubSpot: every email, call, and contract version is logged so that the next market entry benefits from institutional memory. You view admin as a force multiplier, not a chore.
  • • Collaborate with Solutions, Marketing, and Legal to craft region-specific collateral, ROI calculators, and security white-papers that resonate with local compliance regimes (GDPR, BSI, NERC-CIP, etc.).
  • • Build and mentor a future regional sales pod—AEs, SCs, and CS—by codifying your winning plays into onboarding assets and quarterly training bootcamps.
  • • Deliver quarterly business reviews to the GM of Kraken Field, presenting pipeline health, competitive intel, and revenue forecasts that influence board-level investment decisions.
  • • Champion Kraken’s mission: make green energy cheaper and simpler for every household on the planet. Your deals will directly reduce truck rolls, optimise renewable asset uptime, and accelerate the decarbonisation of the grid.
