• • As a Claims Examiner specializing in Workers Compensation for Arizona, Colorado, and Utah jurisdictions, you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers and clients by ensuring fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions. Your work directly impacts the well-being of individuals facing unexpected workplace injuries while upholding Sedgwick’s commitment to empathy, accountability, and service excellence.
• • Day to day, you will analyze and process complex workers compensation claims by investigating facts, gathering medical and vocational information, determining liability and exposure, negotiating settlements within your authority, and communicating claim status and decisions to claimants, employers, and clients. You will also report claims to excess carriers and respond to directional requests in a professional and timely manner.
