📋 Description

• Serve as the primary communicator between leadership and Swarmer’s global employee base, ensuring consistent, clear, and timely dissemination of company policies, product updates, milestones, and special events.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of HR and VP of Communications to craft strategic internal messaging tailored to employees across Ukraine, Europe, and the United States.
• Write and edit high-quality content for all-employee announcements, newsletters, town hall slide decks, employee handouts, social media posts, and recognition materials.
• Design and produce a visually engaging monthly employee newsletter in partnership with the Graphics Team, consolidating key company news and employee-focused content.
• Coordinate the end-to-end production of all-employee meetings, including slide deck development, Q&A preparation, recognition letter drafting, award presentations, and post-event follow-up surveys.
• Analyze and summarize survey results following major events or initiatives, delivering executive summaries to leadership to inform decision-making and communication strategy.
• Act as an employee advocate by identifying communication gaps, surfacing potential story opportunities, and facilitating two-way dialogue between staff and leadership.
• Translate written internal communications between English and Ukrainian to ensure accessibility and cultural relevance across global teams; Polish translation skills are a valued asset.
• Maintain alignment with HR functions to ensure communications reflect current employee engagement initiatives, benefits updates, and policy changes.
• Work across multiple time zones to support a distributed workforce, adapting content delivery and scheduling to maximize engagement across regions.
• Partner with Corporate Communications, HR, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and mission alignment in all employee-facing materials.
• Proactively identify communication needs in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and deliver accurate, timely content without constant oversight.
• Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, Asana, Slido, Slack, and HR platforms to manage content workflows, distribute materials, and track engagement metrics.
• Support the company’s mission by reinforcing employee connection to Swarmer’s purpose: building autonomous drone systems that enable democratic nations to defend themselves.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Communications experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to employee communications
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and employee engagement practices
• Fluent English and Ukrainian; Polish is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to produce diverse media formats (newsletters, slide decks, social posts, articles, surveys)
• Proven ability to work effectively within a dynamic Corporate Communications team and coordinate cross-functionally
• High attention to detail, proactivity, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
