- • Strada, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Payroll Country Owner for the Czech Republic to join their innovative Strada Pay team. This pivotal role is designed for a payroll expert who is passionate about ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and contributing to the development of world-class payroll solutions. As a strategic leader and subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that Strada Pay meets all regulatory standards and operational requirements for your assigned country, playing a key part in shaping the future of the platform through collaboration with the Product Development team.
- • In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of expertise for all payroll-related matters within the Czech Republic. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve closely monitoring and assessing upcoming regulatory changes by actively engaging with the Compliance Alerts team, industry associations such as the Global Payroll Association, and official government updates. You will be a crucial liaison between local legislation and the Strada Pay platform, ensuring its continuous alignment with legal mandates.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be partnering directly with the Product Development team. You will provide essential insights to inform and influence the product roadmap, ensuring that country-specific functionalities are consistently up-to-date and robust. This collaboration is key to enhancing the product's effectiveness and market fit.
- • You will be responsible for maintaining and meticulously updating country workbooks, documenting new legislative requirements and compliance changes to serve as a comprehensive resource for the organization. Furthermore, you will conduct thorough analyses of existing payroll procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending enhancements to eliminate inefficiencies, and minimizing manual processes through automation and process optimization.
- • Your expertise will drive the evolution of Strada Pay by contributing to the enhancement of product functionality, cost-effectiveness, and user experience, all tailored to the specific needs of the Czech market. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives within your country for Strada Pay methodology, delivery approach, templates, and standards, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- • During client deployments, you will provide invaluable subject matter expertise and strategic input to Strada Pay project teams, ensuring smooth and successful transitions into operational use for clients. You will also act as a critical gatekeeper for client customization requests, skillfully balancing the need for innovation with the imperative of standardization and compliance to maintain the integrity of the platform.
- • To support business growth, you will assist in pre-sales activities by effectively showcasing Strada Pay capabilities to prospective clients, sharing your deep insights, lessons learned, and best practices. This involves communicating the value and compliance of the solution to potential customers.
- • Finally, you will collaborate actively with your peers across the global Country Champion network, fostering a community of practice to share knowledge, best practices, and drive global alignment on payroll strategies and platform development.
- • The Strada Pay team is a forward-thinking group dedicated to delivering exceptional payroll solutions globally. They foster a collaborative environment where expertise is valued, and innovation is encouraged. Joining this team means becoming part of an organization committed to operational excellence and continuous growth.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to become a recognized authority in Czech payroll compliance within a global context. You will gain exposure to international payroll operations, contribute directly to product strategy, and develop your leadership skills by influencing key stakeholders and driving significant improvements in a rapidly expanding worldwide organization.
- • You will have the chance to deepen your expertise in payroll regulations and compliance, hone your analytical and problem-solving skills, and enhance your ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships in a global setting.
- • Strada, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package, providing opportunities for continuing education and training, and presenting tremendous potential for professional growth within a dynamic and expanding worldwide organization.
