- • Your core responsibility will be to manage and optimize the financial performance of the Credit Card Business Unit, encompassing revenues, direct and indirect costs, and ensuring the utmost accuracy in financial reporting.
- • You will develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans, collaborating closely with the Consolidation team and the Credit Card BU Team to guarantee the precision of financial projections.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve leading initiatives to streamline and enhance financial processes, always maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
- • You will establish and meticulously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Credit Card financials, performing in-depth variance analysis and providing strategic recommendations for corrective actions.
- • Your insights will be crucial for informed decision-making at both the executive and operational levels, guiding the business towards its strategic objectives.
- • You will lead the preparation of comprehensive and timely financial reports for the Credit Card Business Unit, ensuring they are accurately matched with Accounting reports and consolidating data to present a clear, actionable view of business performance.
- • Close collaboration with the Financial Consolidation team and the Senior Finance team will be essential to support the detailed financial reporting required for investors and key stakeholders.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve identifying and proactively mitigating financial risks inherent in the Credit Card Business Unit, with a particular emphasis on understanding and navigating the unique risks present in the dynamic Brazilian financial market.
- • You will act as a trusted financial advisor to the leaders of the Credit Card Business Unit, empowering them with data-driven insights to make decisions that align financial outcomes with overarching business objectives.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, partnering effectively with Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of financial strategies and operations within the Credit Card ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA) or a Master's degree are considered a strong plus.
- • Proven experience in Credit Card financial management, ideally within fintechs or the credit card financial services sector, with essential expertise in the Brazilian Credit Card market.
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets) and strong credit card financial modeling and analytical skills.
- • Advanced knowledge of working with data sources across different tools and a hands-on approach to day-to-day activities.
- • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
