📋 Description

• As a Buying Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in Nivoda’s marketplace by executing and optimizing global purchasing workflows to ensure seamless diamond transactions from order to fulfillment.
• You will own the buying pipeline by placing, tracking, and locking down purchase orders with global suppliers, cultivating supplier connections, collaborating with Quality Control, Logistics, and Customer Success teams, and monitoring KPIs related to processing speed and supplier reliability.
• Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global jewelry marketplace with teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, focused on transforming the traditional jewelry industry through innovation and customer-centric solutions.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in diamond characteristics, global procurement, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven operations while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving international marketplace.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional operations experience, preferably in the diamond or jewellery industry
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including use of formulas and data analysis for tracking metrics and identifying trends
• Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
• Proven problem-solving ability with calmness under pressure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Flawless attention to detail, integrity, and a professional approach to work
