• • As a Bwsift Project Manager Consultant at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful implementation of health and welfare benefits administration solutions for our national EBTech team. This pivotal role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can expertly manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
• • You will serve as the primary liaison between our valued customers and our internal project teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable project plans. This involves defining clear project objectives, establishing realistic timelines, identifying critical deliverables, managing budgets, and upholding stringent quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• • A key responsibility will be the coordination and allocation of team resources, ensuring that the right talent is assigned to each project based on availability and specific skill requirements. You will collaborate closely with business development teammates to ensure a smooth handover of project knowledge from the sales cycle, setting the stage for successful implementation.
• • Your day-to-day leadership will be crucial in driving project progress, monitoring team performance against established goals, and proactively identifying and mitigating any potential risks that could impact project timelines. This includes fostering strong communication channels with account teams, customer contacts, and internal stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on tasks, deadlines, and potential roadblocks.
• • You will be empowered to manage customer expectations effectively, escalating any significant issues or concerns to the Director of Operations and other relevant leadership for timely resolution. Your ability to drive results across all parties involved – EBTech, account teams, customers, and carriers – will be paramount to the success of each implementation.
• • Cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts is a core objective. This will be achieved through consistent, high-quality project execution, transparent and effective communication, and by offering valuable, consultative advice that goes beyond basic project management.
• • A significant part of your role will involve training customers on the effective use of new technology-based solutions and approaches, ensuring they can leverage these tools to their full potential.
