📋 Description
- • As a C++ Software Engineer focused on AI, you will play a critical role in training large language models (LLMs) to generate production-grade code by evaluating, refining, and providing expert feedback on AI-generated code snippets across multiple programming languages.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include comparing and ranking code outputs for correctness, efficiency, and style; identifying and fixing logic errors, performance issues, and security flaws; and injecting structured feedback (ratings, edits, test results) into the reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) pipeline to improve model behavior.
- • You will work with G2i Inc., a technology company specializing in connecting skilled engineers with AI and software development opportunities, contributing to the advancement of AI-assisted coding tools used by developers worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in code quality, software best practices, and AI alignment, while gaining hands-on experience in how human judgment shapes the behavior of large language models in real-world software engineering contexts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C++
- • Strong code-review instincts with the ability to quickly identify logic errors, performance traps, and security issues
- • Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain and justify why one code approach is superior to another
