  • • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact digital marketing campaigns that directly fuel Token Metrics Ventures’ growth. From initial market research and persona development to post-campaign analysis and optimization, you will be the strategic architect and day-to-day executor who turns ambitious revenue targets into measurable results.
  • • Design multi-channel campaigns that span Google Search & Display, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, email automation, and emerging Web3 / crypto-native ad networks. You will translate complex product features into compelling value propositions, craft audience-specific messaging, and map creative assets to every stage of the funnel.
  • • Build and manage detailed campaign calendars that align with product launches, token events, market sentiment, and seasonal trading cycles. Your planning will balance long-term brand building with short-term pipeline acceleration, ensuring no opportunity is missed in the fast-moving crypto landscape.
  • • Collaborate daily with copywriters, designers, data analysts, and product managers to maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. You will brief creative teams, review copy and visuals, and iterate rapidly based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  • • Establish rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across ad creatives, landing pages, email subject lines, and CTAs. You will own statistical significance thresholds, document learnings, and institutionalize winning tactics into playbooks that scale across future campaigns.
  • • Monitor real-time dashboards in Google Analytics, Funnel Analytics, and BI tools to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and lead-to-customer conversion rates. You will surface actionable insights in weekly growth meetings and pivot budgets or tactics within hours—not days—when metrics drift off target.
  • • Manage campaign budgets ranging from five-figure experimental sprints to six-figure product launches. You will forecast spend vs. return, negotiate rates with vendors, and reallocate funds dynamically to maximize marginal ROI across channels and geos.
  • • Segment audiences by trader sophistication level, portfolio size, geographic region, and behavioral data to deliver hyper-relevant messaging. You will leverage CRM data, on-chain analytics, and third-party intent signals to create granular targeting that outperforms broad-reach strategies.
  • • Ensure full compliance with evolving crypto advertising policies on Google, Facebook, Twitter, and regional regulators. You will stay ahead of policy changes, maintain whitelisted domains and creative libraries, and liaise with legal to pre-approve all assets.
  • • Champion a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing. You will create SOPs, campaign retrospectives, and training sessions that empower junior marketers and cross-functional partners to replicate your successes and avoid past pitfalls.
  • • Partner with sales and customer success to align campaign messaging with post-sale onboarding, upsell flows, and retention programs. Your insights will directly influence product roadmap priorities and pricing experiments.
  • • Represent Token Metrics at virtual conferences, Twitter Spaces, and industry panels, amplifying campaign reach through thought-leadership and community engagement. You will gather qualitative feedback from traders and investors to refine future campaigns.
