- • As a Manager of Talent Management at Cision, you will be a pivotal member of our People Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management. Your primary focus will be on the strategic execution and comprehensive support of initiatives designed to elevate Cision's talent management framework. This role is instrumental in driving forward our performance management systems, enhancing employee engagement, and refining development frameworks to cultivate a high-functioning, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
- • You will play a critical role in translating overarching talent strategies into tangible, actionable plans that resonate across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in talent management best practices, a keen analytical ability to interpret data, and a proven track record in developing employees. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping a talent landscape that empowers every individual to make a significant impact.
- • *Performance Enablement:**
- • **Annual Performance Management Cycle:** You will be responsible for facilitating the entire annual performance and development cycle. This includes guiding employees through effective goal setting, ensuring regular performance check-ins occur, and overseeing the collection of feedback to foster continuous improvement and enhance overall productivity.
- • **360-Degree Feedback Programs:** Coordinate and manage the execution of 360-degree feedback processes, particularly for senior leadership. This involves ensuring these processes are aligned with broader organizational development strategies and contribute to leadership growth.
- • **Succession Planning Facilitation:** Actively assist in the execution of succession planning processes. This includes identifying high-potential employees and contributing to the development of robust leadership pipelines, ensuring business continuity and strategic alignment for critical roles.
- • **Career Journey Trajectory:** Design, develop, and support comprehensive career journey frameworks. These frameworks will clearly outline growth paths, progression opportunities, and development milestones for employees, directly contributing to enhanced talent retention and increased employee engagement.
- • *Engagement & Experience Enhancements:**
- • **Engagement Survey Participation:** Collaborate with relevant teams to lead the annual employee engagement survey process. You will be instrumental in analyzing survey results and developing actionable plans to drive measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and overall workplace experience.
- • **Recognition and Reward Systems:** Contribute to the design and ongoing management of recognition and reward programs. These initiatives will be aimed at acknowledging employee contributions, reinforcing desired behaviors, and enhancing overall talent retention efforts.
- • **Culture Development:** Engage actively with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other cultural initiatives to foster a strong sense of inclusion, belonging, and continuous growth throughout the organization. Your efforts will help shape a vibrant and supportive company culture.
- • **ESG Reporting Support:** Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. You will provide essential support for accurate and effective ESG reporting, demonstrating Cision's commitment to responsible business practices.
- • **Mentoring Program Support:** Assist in the creation and management of effective mentoring opportunities. These programs will facilitate knowledge sharing, skill development, and professional growth among employees, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- • *Learning & Development Support:**
- • **Learning Programs Development:** Provide support in the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives across the organization as needed, ensuring alignment with strategic talent objectives.
- • **Technology Adoption:** Drive the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies and solutions. Your role will involve ensuring new tools are seamlessly integrated into Talent Management programs, thereby enhancing the overall employee learning and development experience.
- • **Analytics Collaboration:** Work closely with the People Analytics team to collect, analyze, and interpret key metrics related to the effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives. This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
