  • • As a Programmatic Trader, internally titled Account Strategist, Programmatic, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns. This client-facing role demands a strategic mindset, meticulous execution, and a deep understanding of programmatic channels to deliver exceptional results for our B2B SaaS clients. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge programmatic strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of programmatic campaign management. This includes collaborating closely with internal teams—including creative, analytics, and account management—to architect comprehensive media strategies that are meticulously aligned with overarching client objectives. A critical aspect of your role will involve the intelligent leverage of both first-party and third-party data to define and target precise audience segments, ensuring maximum campaign relevance and efficiency. You will be responsible for the meticulous planning and setup of programmatic campaigns across a spectrum of leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with a strong emphasis on platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, alongside other relevant technologies.
  • • Continuous optimization will be a cornerstone of your daily activities. You will diligently monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to ensure we consistently meet and exceed performance and pacing goals. Generating insightful performance reports will be key, providing clients and internal stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will possess a keen ability to swiftly identify and resolve any issues that may arise concerning campaign performance or delivery, maintaining campaign health and momentum. Your role will also involve proactive troubleshooting to ensure optimal campaign outcomes.
  • • Beyond campaign execution, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients. This involves maintaining open and transparent communication channels, providing regular, insightful updates on campaign performance, and articulating strategic adjustments. You will be adept at presenting complex campaign plans, detailed performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients, fostering confidence and demonstrating the value Directive Consulting delivers. Your ability to translate data into compelling narratives will be crucial in these client interactions.
  • • This role is designed for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also a strong collaborator and communicator.
