- • As a Strategic Campaign Manager, Programmatic at Adswerve, you will drive end-to-end execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media plans across multiple channels, directly impacting client ROI and business growth for 800+ brands and agencies.
- • Day to day, you will develop multi-channel programmatic strategies, manage campaign lifecycles in DSPs like DV360 and Amazon DSP, monitor performance and brand safety, execute optimizations via bid adjustments and A/B testing, and lead client planning sessions to align media strategies with business objectives.
- • You will join Adswerve’s Performance Media team, part of an award-winning data, media, and tech consultancy and leading Google and Adobe partner with 250+ employees across 26 states and six countries, known for its remote-first, team-oriented culture that values diverse perspectives and work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic advertising, attribution modeling, and cross-channel media strategy while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge ad tech, presenting data-driven insights to clients, and contributing to innovative industry processes alongside top analytics minds.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic advertising activation and planning
- • Hands-on experience with major DSPs including DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk
- • Ability to translate complex digital media metrics into clear, meaningful campaign stories
- • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to lead client calls and present data-driven strategies
- • Proficiency in placing tracking pixels on client websites (directly or via GTM) and building online/offline conversion and attribution models
