- • Lead end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on generating measurable MQL growth for commercial real estate brokers.
- • Develop and produce high-impact content including webinar scripts, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and thought leadership materials aligned with buyer personas and conversion goals.
- • Collaborate directly with sales, product, and customer experience teams to align campaign messaging, offers, and objectives across the customer journey.
- • Test and evaluate emerging marketing channels, document performance learnings, and report on ROI to inform future campaign strategy and budget allocation.
- • Research industry trends and broker pain points to shape data-informed content strategies that drive engagement and lead conversion.
- • Optimize all content for SEO, GEO targeting, and conversion rate performance across digital platforms and owned channels.
- • Manage and maintain campaign dashboards and scorecards to monitor KPIs including content engagement, lead flow, and funnel progression.
- • Support planning and promotion of webinars, including coordination of logistics, invitations, follow-ups, and post-event analysis.
- • Create and distribute sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, email templates, and battle cards to support field sales teams.
- • Leverage AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to streamline content production and increase operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- • Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CMS tools (Webflow preferred) to deploy, track, and refine campaigns autonomously.
- • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing touchpoints while adapting tone for platform-specific audiences.
- • Produce quick-turnaround video content for social media using tools like Opus and Camtasia when required to enhance engagement.
- • Advocate for marketing best practices, share insights with the team, and continuously propose innovative tactics to improve campaign performance.
- • Own the campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing deliverables with minimal supervision.
- • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce friction in lead nurturing, and increase pipeline velocity.
- • Work independently with high initiative while proactively coordinating with cross-functional teams when alignment is critical to success.
- • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, iterating on campaigns based on real-time performance metrics and customer feedback.
- • Contribute to the overall growth marketing function by sharing new tools, techniques, and creative ideas that elevate team output.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or content marketing
- • Proven track record of building and managing campaigns that drive measurable lead growth
- • Strong writing and editing skills with examples of published content
- • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CMS platforms (Webflow preferred)
- • Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
- • Experience with SEO, GEO, PPC, and analytics tools
