  • As the Campaign Manager – Trading & Tools at Kpler, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and market penetration for our innovative trading and tools solutions. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of integrated growth marketing campaigns, from initial conception and strategic planning through to meticulous execution and rigorous performance tracking. This encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing activities designed to generate demand, foster engagement, and ultimately drive revenue for Kpler's trading business units.
  • A key aspect of your role will involve deep collaboration with various internal stakeholders. You will forge strong partnerships with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product positioning and value propositions. Close liaison with Directors of Business Units will be crucial for understanding strategic priorities and market needs. You will also work hand-in-hand with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide them with the necessary collateral and support to close deals. Furthermore, you will coordinate with Regional Marketers to ensure campaigns are effectively localised and resonate with specific geographic markets.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to gathering detailed requirements for each campaign, translating these into clear, measurable objectives. This will involve understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the trading and tools space and developing campaign strategies that address them effectively.
  • You will orchestrate complex cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, particularly for new product launches. This requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams towards a common goal.
  • A significant part of your role will be managing relationships with external agencies and vendors. You will select, brief, and manage these partners to ensure they deliver high-quality work that meets Kpler's standards and campaign objectives. This includes negotiating contracts, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring that all campaigns are not only well-coordinated but also effectively localised to cater to the diverse needs of Kpler's global client base. This involves understanding cultural nuances and market specificities to maximize campaign impact.
  • Success in this role will be rigorously measured by your ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. More importantly, you will be expected to demonstrate a clear return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities through insightful, data-driven analysis. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
