  • • **Own Sierra's Top Account Program:** Take the reins of Sierra's most strategic customer accounts, driving their success and fostering deep, long-term partnerships. This involves developing and executing comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that are meticulously aligned with our Sales and Marketing Operations teams. Your primary objective will be to accelerate deal cycles and unlock expansion opportunities by crafting highly targeted, account-specific messaging, compelling content, and impactful campaigns. You will act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives (AEs), immersing yourself in their priorities, understanding the nuances of each deal, and identifying latent opportunities for growth and deeper engagement.
  • • **Operate as a Marketing Generalist:** In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll embrace a "small but mighty" team mentality. This role demands a versatile marketer who is comfortable and adept at handling a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from the highly strategic to the granular. You will be instrumental in shaping Sierra's global brand presence, taking ownership of tasks such as creating engaging landing pages, developing impactful content, meticulously setting up and managing marketing campaigns, and rigorously analyzing campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Your ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute across various marketing functions will be key as we scale.
  • • **Build High-Impact Account Experiences:** Design and deliver bespoke marketing assets that resonate throughout the entire buyer journey for our top accounts. This includes crafting persuasive one-pagers, developing conversion-optimized landing pages, and producing personalized content tailored to the unique needs and interests of each target account. A critical part of your role will be to identify recurring patterns and insights across these accounts, translating them into scalable, reusable marketing plays, providing valuable messaging feedback to Product Marketing, or developing thought leadership content that elevates Sierra's position in the market.
  • • **Leverage Events & Hospitality:** Collaborate closely with our dedicated Events team to conceptualize and execute exclusive, high-touch "Top Account" (TAP) experiences. These curated moments will often be integrated within larger industry events, executive dinners, customer onsite visits, or flagship conferences. You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic framework for these top account tracks, determining when bespoke experiences offer the highest return on investment and ensuring they align with broader account objectives.
  • • **Experiment & Innovate:** Cultivate and champion a dedicated test-and-learn mindset. You will be empowered to pilot innovative marketing initiatives, exploring avenues such as sophisticated direct mail campaigns, unique bespoke experiences, creative out-of-home (OOH) advertising placements, or unconventional account engagement tactics. A key requirement for this aspect of the role is the ability to rapidly evaluate the effectiveness of these experiments, quickly discerning what works and iterating or pivoting as needed to maximize impact.
  • • **Partner with Cross-Functional Peers:** Foster strong collaborative relationships with various internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. This includes partnering with Product Marketing to refine executive- and industry-specific positioning, working closely with GTM Operations to guarantee precise targeting, robust tracking, and accurate account-level reporting, and collaborating with the broader Campaigns team to selectively amplify successful ABM insights into wider marketing efforts. Your ability to bridge the gap between different functional areas will be crucial for success.
  • • **Drive Measurable Outcomes:** Ultimately, your work will be measured by its direct contribution to Sierra's growth objectives. You will be responsible for setting clear KPIs for your account programs, diligently tracking progress against these goals, and providing insightful reports that demonstrate the impact of your marketing initiatives on pipeline generation, deal velocity, and customer expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
  • • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), campaign management, or content product marketing, with a strong understanding of multi-channel planning and execution.
  • • Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging to executive buyers and specific industries, or experience with ABM-style personalization.
  • • Comfortable leading projects from strategy to execution ("soup to nuts") with a high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive, "hustle" mentality.
  • • Strategic problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • • Expertise in Salesforce and Slack. Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Dreamdata is a significant plus.
