- • As a Campaign Marketing Manager at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling product-led growth by designing and executing campaigns that drive user activation, engagement, and conversion across self-serve and assisted-buy journeys, directly supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize offensive security through AI-powered autonomous pentesting.
- • You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for critical user journey moments including demo requests, product evaluation, activation, and expansion, ensuring seamless transitions from interest to meaningful product engagement while minimizing sales friction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and managing lifecycle campaigns across in-product messaging, email, and light outbound channels, working closely with Product to surface key value moments and reduce time-to-value for users.
- • You will segment and personalize campaigns based on user persona and intent—targeting CISOs, AppSec teams, engineering leaders, and other technical buyers—using behavioral and firmographic data to increase relevance and conversion.
- • Collaboration with Sales and RevOps will be central to your role, as you partner to improve demo quality, boost conversion rates, accelerate pipeline velocity, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- • You will continuously track campaign performance, run A/B tests and experiments, and iterate based on product usage data, engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes to optimize for scalable growth loops.
- • Working at the intersection of product, revenue, and security marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Product, Sales, RevOps, and Security to translate product usage and user intent into measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing, preferably with a focus on technical or developer-facing products.
- • Proven track record of designing and executing successful lifecycle campaigns that improve user activation, retention, or conversion in a SaaS or security context.
- • Strong messaging abilities with the skill to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences including CISOs, AppSec, and engineering teams.
- • Comfort and experience working closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps teams to align marketing initiatives with product goals and revenue objectives.
- • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated skills in experimentation, performance tracking, and iterative optimization using analytics and user behavior data.
