- • As the Capital Markets Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the capital markets function that underpins our robust small business lending platform. This pivotal role places you at the very core of our financing strategy, where you will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing a diverse range of financing solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complexities of public and private securitizations, establishing and managing warehouse lines of credit, and optimizing forward flow arrangements to ensure consistent and scalable funding for our lending operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or lending platforms (fintech, investment banking, specialty finance, or asset management).
- • Strong understanding of warehouse facilities, forward flow arrangements, and securitizations.
- • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated financial modeling experience.
- • Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and close complex financing transactions.
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- • Proficient in SQL.
