📋 Description

• • As a Capital Markets Manager at Forward Financing, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking capital for underserved small businesses by leading the end-to-end execution of complex financing structures such as warehouses, securitizations, forward-flow programs, and corporate debt transactions. Your work directly enables the company’s mission to provide fast, flexible funding to small businesses that have been overlooked by traditional lenders, making a tangible impact on economic inclusion and growth across the United States.
• • You will lead end-to-end execution of warehouses, securitizations, forward-flow programs, and corporate debt transactions from term sheet through close, coordinating internal teams and external partners including banks, underwriters, and rating agencies. This includes reviewing legal documentation with lenders in partnership with counsel and other advisors, managing investor/lender diligence and communications, and assisting in preparing offering documents, term sheets, and investor materials while delivering ongoing performance updates.
• • You will analyze collateral and collateral run data tapes for various financing entities, including tape preparation, eligibility tracking, and concentration limit monitoring, and own day-to-day operations, pledging, and reporting for all facilities to ensure accurate servicer reporting and compliance with lender metrics and covenants.
• • You will partner with engineering and tech teams to evaluate, select, and integrate third-party tools or internally developed applications to support debt management and reporting needs, and collaborate with treasury and finance to forecast facility utilization, liquidity, and capital structure in support of long-term strategic plans.
