• • As a Senior Capital Markets Manager at eLEND Solutions, you will play a highly visible role supporting executive leadership, including daily collaboration with the CEO, to deliver accurate P&L reporting, MSR valuation analysis, margin optimization insights, and bid tape preparation that directly influence pricing, profitability, hedge performance, and overall financial strategy.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include producing and owning daily P&L reporting across all origination channels, investigating and explaining P&L variances, running MSR valuation models, preparing MSR and whole loan bid tapes, owning margin reporting and profitability analytics, and preparing executive-level reporting packages for the CEO and senior leadership while partnering closely with Secondary Marketing and Finance teams.
