  • • Source new capital relationships from investors new to Enterprise or new to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investing, including banks, insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and other tax credit-eligible entities.
  • • Independently identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with autonomy and strategic focus, managing the full lifecycle from lead generation to transaction close.
  • • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors through consistent communication, tracking evolving investment criteria, and ensuring repeat capital commitments.
  • • Lead executive-level pitch meetings to articulate Enterprise’s mission, impact, and capital opportunities, ensuring accurate representation of the organization’s full suite of products to maximize cross-selling potential.
  • • Operate with high autonomy within complex organizational structures, navigating decision-making processes to build trusted advisor relationships with institutional investors.
  • • Represent Enterprise externally at industry conferences, investor events, and internal meetings, serving as a key ambassador for the organization’s housing equity mission.
  • • Cross-sell Enterprise’s broader capital products to new and existing investors when alignment and opportunity exist.
  • • Travel up to 40% of the time to attend investor meetings, industry conferences, and internal events.
  • • Demonstrate strong competencies in driving results, collaborating effectively, focusing on client needs, cultivating innovation, and managing ambiguity.
  • • Contribute to team development by mentoring and supporting talent growth within the Investor Relations team.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of LIHTC structuring, investor underwriting processes, and tax credit investment dynamics.
  • • Utilize advanced Excel modeling to analyze investment opportunities and prepare investor materials.
  • • Manage investor data and pipeline through Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • • Obtain and maintain required FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 22, and Series 63.
  • • Align daily work with Enterprise’s mission to advance racial equity and make affordable housing a reality for millions of families across the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or related field
  • • 5+ years of LIHTC underwriting and/or LIHTC fund execution experience
  • • Strong understanding of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting processes
  • • Must obtain or hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses
  • • Advanced Excel modeling skills; strong written and oral communication abilities
  • • Salesforce familiarity preferred
