  • reasoning: The role is titled 'Capital Project Scheduler' and centers on scheduling, coordination, and execution of capital projects within an industrial setting. While it involves technical scheduling tools like Primavera P6, the core function is project coordination and support rather than engineering design or data analysis. The responsibilities align closely with project support functions typically housed under Operations, particularly given the emphasis on schedule management, cross-functional collaboration, and enabling project execution—consistent with the Operations category’s inclusion of roles like Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Recruiter, which focus on process enablement and organizational support. It does not meet the threshold for Engineering or Data & Analytics categories, as it does not require engineering design, data modeling, or analytical insight generation as a primary function.
