- • Conduct comprehensive Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on new and existing business clients to verify business identity, ownership structures, and financial health.
- • Gather, analyse, and validate official documentation to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks.
- • Utilize databases, online resources, and specialized tools to verify business information and identify potential risks, including fraud indicators or adverse media.
- • Communicate directly with business clients via email and virtual meetings to guide them through documentation requirements and resolve challenges in providing required materials.
- • Collaborate with external partner organizations to streamline and facilitate the KYB/KYC onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
- • Work closely with internal teams including compliance, legal, and risk to address issues arising during client onboarding and resolve compliance-related concerns.
- • Stay current with evolving financial regulations, industry trends, and best practices to maintain and improve the effectiveness of Perk’s KYB processes.
- • Assist in the development, refinement, and implementation of KYB policies and procedures to strengthen the company’s compliance framework and operational integrity.
- • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on the status of KYB reviews, identified risks, and trends observed during client due diligence.
- • Ensure all client onboarding activities align with Perk’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
- • Maintain meticulous records of all client documentation, communications, and decision-making processes to support audit readiness and internal reviews.
- • Proactively identify inefficiencies in the KYB workflow and contribute recommendations for process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and client experience.
- • Adhere to Perk’s values of ownership, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team while performing all responsibilities with integrity and professionalism.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- • High level of integrity and professionalism
- • Fluency in English; fluency in German is an advantage
