📋 Description

• Drives sales in assigned territory by engaging with healthcare providers both in-person and virtually to promote Pfizer’s cardiovascular therapies for NVAF and VTE patients.
• Develops and implements strategic territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize business impact and customer outreach.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers using judgment and digital tools to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective engagement.
• Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Compliantly applies product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded therapeutic value propositions for relevant patient populations.
• Utilizes approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources to support provider decision-making and patient care.
• Collaborates effectively and compliantly with cross-functional internal teams to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer’s business objectives.
• Completes all administrative tasks accurately and on time in alignment with company compliance standards.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border, which includes Long Beach, Pasadena, Artesia, Anaheim, Buena Park, Bellflower, and Fullerton.
• Maintains a valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record compliant with Pfizer standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidacy.
• Participates in initial salary non-exempt training with overtime eligibility, transitioning to overtime exempt status upon certification.
• Receives a quarterly Sales Incentive bonus in addition to base salary, with total compensation ranging from $76,000 to $199,600 annually.
• Operates remotely as a Health & Science Professional within the U.S. territory, requiring self-directed execution of field-based sales and customer engagement activities.
• Adheres to all federal and state compliance regulations, including Sunshine Act reporting requirements for payments or transfers of value to healthcare providers.
• Works independently while maintaining alignment with Pfizer’s science-based, patient-centered, and compliant quality culture.
• Engages with prescribers, healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations within the designated territory to expand market presence and therapeutic adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Associate’s degree with 6+ years or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist), small business ownership, customer service, account management, education, or full-time military service
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border (Long Beach, Pasadena, Artesia, Anaheim, Buena Park, Bellflower, Fullerton)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citations within the past 7 years
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
