- • As a Care Plan Specialist for a leading healthcare provider focused on chronic headaches and migraines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients receive comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey. This fully remote, full-time independent contractor position offers a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, with core hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, allowing for adjustments to address urgent patient needs. You will be instrumental in managing patient prescription amounts and meticulously maintaining their care plan documents, acting as a crucial liaison between patients, physicians, and administrative teams.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to guide patients through their treatment, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered. This involves a deep commitment to attention to detail, exceptional transcription skills, and the ability to foster seamless coordination within the healthcare ecosystem.
