  • • As a Career Development Coach, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized, one-on-one coaching and support to a diverse clientele. This role is inherently client-facing, demanding exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to helping individuals succeed. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique career goals, identify areas for growth, and collaboratively develop tailored study plans that align with their needs and timelines.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves maintaining high levels of client motivation, encouragement, and accountability. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner, celebrating successes and providing support through challenges. Your ability to adapt your coaching strategies based on individual client progress and evolving needs will be key to their sustained engagement and ultimate achievement.
  • • The scope of your coaching will encompass a broad range of professional development topics. You will provide expert guidance on essential skills such as Office 365 proficiency, project management methodologies, and broader career concepts that contribute to long-term professional growth. This involves engaging in insightful, value-based conversations that explore career aspirations, skill-building opportunities, and pathways to advancement.
  • • You will be instrumental in sharing valuable insights, offering practical advice, and providing consistent encouragement to ensure clients remain focused and on track with their development objectives. Your role extends beyond simple task management; it's about fostering a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships is paramount. This will be achieved through consistent, thoughtful, and proactive communication. You will leverage digital communication and collaboration tools to stay connected, provide timely follow-ups, and meticulously track client progress.
  • • Specifically, you will utilize RingCentral for essential dialer communications, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate tracking of client interactions and progress. Providing regular, concise updates to internal stakeholders regarding client progress, outcomes, and any potential challenges will also be a key responsibility, ensuring alignment across the team.
  • • Technical proficiency and adept use of various digital tools are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to navigate and utilize platforms such as Office 365, Trello, Zoom, and our company’s proprietary learning platform to effectively manage coaching sessions, communications, and client progress. Ensuring clients are comfortable and proficient in using these tools for their training and development is also part of your remit.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data and communication records within our learning platform is critical for operational efficiency and client success tracking. This meticulous record-keeping ensures a comprehensive overview of each client's journey.
  • • Beyond direct coaching, you will embody a strong coaching mindset and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their full potential. As you gain experience and build rapport with clients, there will be opportunities to grow into a mentorship role, offering even deeper levels of guidance and support.
  • • Success in this role is defined by our clients consistently meeting or exceeding their professional development goals, fostering strong, long-term client relationships characterized by high satisfaction and retention, and ensuring clients feel consistently motivated, supported, and engaged throughout their learning journey. Effective utilization of technology to manage communication, track progress, and facilitate follow-ups is also a hallmark of success.

This role requires availability during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with CST (Central Standard Time), from 9 AM to 5 PM.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as coaching, account management, or customer success.
  • • Proven experience in managing client relationships and identifying evolving client needs.
  • • Exposure to or foundational knowledge of career development concepts, Office 365, and project management topics.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Trello, Zoom, and RingCentral.
  • • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
