- • In this role, you will be the guardian of our financial records, responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping activities that keep Uplifter running smoothly. You'll be working with a fast-paced, innovative company that empowers over 1,000 clubs and 200 federations across North America, facilitating millions of registrations and processing substantial payment volumes annually. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to support our growing client base and drive our strategic expansion.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO). This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. You will be crucial in preparing financial reports, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, and providing essential data for financial analysis and decision-making.
- • We are looking for someone who can not only execute core bookkeeping tasks with precision but also contribute to the improvement of our financial processes. - • Accurately recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.

- • Overseeing the accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, payment application, and collections follow-up.
- • Performing regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- • Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- • Generating various financial reports for management review and analysis.
