  • • As a Carrier Associate Benefit Advisor-Seasonal, you will guide beneficiaries through one of life’s most important decisions—selecting health insurance coverage—by listening, consulting, and advising clients over the phone on their options. You’ll partner with top national and regional insurers to ensure customers receive the right coverage for their needs.
  • • Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, meet daily sales metrics, navigate multiple systems while on the phone, and follow up on leads to cross-sell ancillary products during peak enrollment periods.
