- • The Carrier Partnerships Lead at Thatch Health Inc. is a critical role responsible for managing commercial relationships with health insurance carrier partners, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and carrier operational needs to make healthcare simple and effective for members.
- • Day to day, the person will oversee and strengthen relationships with major health insurance carriers as the primary point of contact, design and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance and align on goals, develop and maintain efficient operational processes for issue resolution, and act as a liaison connecting internal teams (Product, Engineering, GTM, Support) with carrier requirements.
- • Thatch is a fully distributed, early-stage company using technology to transform healthcare in America, composed of a happy, friendly, high-velocity team focused on pushing the industry forward through close carrier partnerships.
- • In this role, the person can learn to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems, drive strategic partnership outcomes, scale operational excellence with third parties, and influence the long-term direction of Thatch’s distribution and commercial strategy while working closely with founders and cross-functional leaders.
