- ⢠As a Case Coordinator at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers and ensuring timely, compassionate care through effective case management in workersâ compensation claims. - ⢠You will manage a caseload of workersâ compensation claims under supervision, collecting and documenting essential data while adhering to established workflows and company guidelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing and facilitating treatment services, verifying return-to-work status through regular communication with claimants, employers, and medical providers, and accurately reporting outcomes in the claim management system. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bureau of Workersâ Compensation rules and Sedgwick policies to ensure compliance and quality service.
- ⢠You will utilize both telephonic and written communication to coordinate care, resolve inquiries, and provide timely updates, requiring strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. đŻ Requirements
- ⢠High school diploma or GED required
- ⢠One (1) year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ⢠Knowledge of Bureau of Workersâ Compensation mandatory elements and workersâ compensation processes
- ⢠Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ⢠Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Office products
- ⢠Strong organizational and time management abilities
- ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- ⢠Capacity to manage multiple and changing priorities
- ⢠Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
