Case Manager with Personal Injury (ITG)

• • The Case Manager supports the Team’s Mission, Brand Promise, and Core Values by managing personal injury cases with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. This on-site role provides remote support to the client while preparing case documentation, coordinating with attorneys, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the case lifecycle.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing medical summaries, claims correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review; maintaining strict confidentiality in compliance with attorney-client privilege and privacy laws; communicating with clients to gather updated medical treatment details, work status, and other relevant information; notifying attorneys of any changes, concerns, or new information affecting the case; assisting attorneys with written and verbal communications with clients, adjusters, and medical providers; gathering, organizing, and processing medical records, bills, and case-related documents promptly; supporting preparation for legal proceedings, including submitting forms and documentation as directed; reviewing and processing incoming mail; updating case files and informing attorneys of pertinent information; confirming balances and expenses and preparing settlement documents for attorney review; utilizing case management software and related tools to efficiently manage caseloads; collaborating with team members and providing backup support when needed; mentoring and guiding junior team members as requested by leadership; and performing additional duties as assigned by the manager.
