📋 Description

• • As a Category Manager at Addi S.A.S., you will define and execute category-specific strategies aligned with marketplace objectives, directly impacting the company’s mission to transform credit and banking in Latin America through fair, simple, and affordable financial services.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, monitoring and analyzing category performance (GMV, conversion, take rate), forecasting demand, ensuring successful new seller launches, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to optimize pricing, promotions, and trends.
• • You will join a full-stack technology startup backed by Andreessen Horowitz and other prominent investors, operating with deep commitment to five core values: ownership, innovation, care, integrity, daily wins, and exponential scale.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in marketplace dynamics, data-driven decision-making, supplier negotiation, and strategic campaign execution while contributing to the growth of a rapidly scaling fintech platform serving millions of clients across Latin America.
