- • Participate in a 12-week, full-time, paid executive training program designed to prepare leaders for a Director of Clinical Services role in home health, hospice, or home care.
- • Engage in immersive, on-the-job training across clinical, operational, and administrative management functions within an active agency.
- • Shadow department heads and front-line staff to gain firsthand understanding of daily agency operations, clinical workflows, and compliance controls.
- • Lead real-time projects aimed at improving clinical outcomes, team performance, and operational efficiency within the host agency.
- • Develop expertise in staffing strategies, team engagement practices, and community growth initiatives critical to clinical leadership.
- • Study and apply state-specific regulations and industry best practices for home healthcare delivery and agency compliance.
- • Align leadership behaviors and decision-making with CAPLICO core values: Customer Second, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Celebrate, and Ownership.
- • Receive mentorship from experienced clinical leaders and cross-functional partners to build strategic and interpersonal leadership capabilities.
- • Gain exposure to clinical operations supported by centralized functions including legal, accounting, IT, and HR provided by The Pennant Group.
- • Prepare for transition into a Director of Clinical Services role upon successful program completion, with ongoing operational and leadership support.
- • Maintain active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state where services are rendered throughout the duration of employment.
- • Adhere to ethical standards set forth by the respective nursing licensure governing board.
- • Operate with a driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record to support on-site responsibilities.
- • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for working directly with patients, families, and clinical teams to improve quality of life in home care settings.
- • Remain open to relocation to any location where The Pennant Group has an open Director of Clinical Services opportunity following program completion.
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability, learning, and ownership within a national network of over 180 affiliated home health, hospice, and senior living locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Current, unencumbered, active Registered Nurse license in the state where services are rendered
- • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health or hospice treatment setting
- • Current and nationally accredited CPR certification
- • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record
- • Openness to relocation based on available opportunities after program completion
- • Adherence to ethical standards of the nursing licensure governing board

- • $90,000–$125,000 compensation during the 12-week training program
