- • ICF is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead critical public health initiatives for our federal health clients, specifically supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This role is contingent upon a contract award, and we are proactively interviewing and extending offers in anticipation of this exciting opportunity.
- • As a Project Manager at ICF Next, you will be instrumental in driving impactful public health campaigns. You will join a collaborative community of mission-driven professionals, including creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists, all dedicated to challenging the status quo and making a tangible positive change in the world.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the day-to-day execution of complex public health projects and campaigns. This involves ensuring all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
- • You will coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, which may include internal ICF departments (e.g., creative, marketing, sales) as well as external agencies and partners, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching campaign objectives and strategic goals.
- • A key aspect of this role is overseeing meticulous campaign planning, utilizing project management systems such as Smartsheet, and ensuring that all activities, timelines, and dependencies are accurately updated and tracked in real-time.
- • You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to define and refine campaign objectives, develop robust strategies, and ensure project scope is clearly understood and managed.
- • The development of comprehensive project plans is crucial. This includes defining detailed timelines, managing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently, and establishing clear communication protocols.
- • You will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with project staff and contractors, ensuring timely distribution of meeting notes (within 24 hours), developing standardized document templates, initiating efficient workflows, and providing essential support for production processes.
- • You will play a vital role in launching and actively monitoring campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including digital marketing, social media platforms, paid media strategies, and public relations efforts.
- • Providing regular, clear, and concise updates to stakeholders is paramount. This includes reporting on campaign progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), potential risks, and overall project status to team members, clients, and management.
- • Upon campaign completion, you will prepare detailed post-campaign reports. These reports will encompass a thorough analysis of results, identification of key learnings, and actionable recommendations for future initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.
- • The role requires a proactive approach to risk mitigation, identifying potential challenges early and developing strategies to address them effectively.
- • You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and successful project delivery.
- • This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant public health efforts, impacting the well-being of communities and populations across the nation.
- • You will be expected to uphold ICF's commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction in all aspects of your work.
- • The ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
- • You will contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the project team and the broader ICF organization.
- • This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for public health and a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex communication or health-related projects.
- • You will leverage your expertise to guide teams towards achieving high standards of performance and delivering measurable outcomes.
- • The remote work flexibility is a significant advantage, though candidates located in or near Atlanta, GA, or the Washington, DC metro areas are highly preferred due to potential client site meetings.
