📋 Description

• Drive Class-A commercial vehicles to transport drilling equipment, materials, and supplies between the Frederick, MD base and residential geothermal job sites across Maryland, primarily between Baltimore and Washington, DC
• Secure and tie down heavy, complex loads using straps and chains to ensure safe transit and compliance with DOT and company safety standards
• Operate vacuum trucks and associated equipment to transfer drill water and manage fluid handling during drilling operations
• Assist field drilling teams with pipe handling, mixing mud and grout, and performing basic rig tasks on-site
• Perform warehouse duties including receiving incoming equipment, conducting inventory counts, staging materials, and maintaining organized storage at the yard
• Keep all company vehicles and equipment clean, properly maintained, and mechanically sound to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Follow all company safety and quality protocols during transportation, loading, unloading, and on-site support activities
• Support daily logistics by ensuring timely delivery of tools and materials to job sites to keep drilling schedules on track
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inventory levels, and trip logs as required by company procedures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow, while performing physically demanding tasks
• Lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Use personal vehicle to commute to job sites within a 75-mile radius of Frederick, MD, as needed
• Learn and adopt new technical skills related to geothermal drilling systems and field operations through on-the-job training
• Collaborate with drilling crews, warehouse staff, and operations coordinators to ensure smooth daily workflow and project continuity
• Contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on advancing renewable energy by enabling efficient, large-scale residential geothermal installations
• Maintain a safe driving record that meets company insurance requirements and federal transportation regulations
• Participate in routine safety briefings and comply with all OSHA and company-specific safety training protocols
• Represent Dandelion Energy professionally at job sites, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to quality and teamwork
• Support inventory management by identifying equipment shortages or damage and reporting issues promptly for repair or replacement
• Work a consistent, full-time schedule with no long-haul trucking or extended time away from home
• Adapt to changing job site locations and schedules while maintaining reliability and punctuality

🎯 Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with tanker endorsement
• Safe driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Experience securing and tying down heavy, complex loads using straps and chains
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Personal vehicle and willingness to drive to job sites within approximately 75 miles of Frederick, MD
• Comfort with hands-on, physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
