ďż˝ Description
- • Be the single point of accountability for every patient receiving Orca-T. From the moment a transplant center submits an order until the product is infused and follow-up is complete, you own the case journey, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every milestone is met on time.
- • Orchestrate complex, life-saving logistics with empathy and precision. You will balance patient treatment timelines, donor availability, apheresis center schedules, manufacturing capacity, and treatment-center constraints to lock in the optimal infusion date—then monitor and adapt as variables shift.
- • Build trusted, human relationships with transplant coordinators, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and physicians at leading academic medical centers. Your proactive, clear, and reliable communication becomes the “voice of Orca Bio” that centers rely on when stakes are highest.
- • Serve as the internal quarterback who aligns Account Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs around each case. You translate clinical needs into operational action and escalate risks before they become delays.
- • Receive, review, and triage all case orders and supporting documentation—chain-of-identity forms, regulatory attestations, insurance authorizations—ensuring 100 % compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and internal SOPs while keeping the process friction-free for busy hospital staff.
- • Maintain real-time, audit-ready data in CRM and case-tracking platforms (Salesforce Health Cloud, Vineti, TrakCel). Your dashboards become the single source of truth that leadership, regulators, and field teams trust.
- • Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures, communication templates, escalation playbooks, and training curricula that will define how Orca Bio scales case management nationally. Your fingerprints will be on every future hire’s onboarding experience.
- • Champion continuous improvement. Identify bottlenecks, pilot new workflows, and quantify impact—whether that means shaving hours off scheduling lead time or reducing documentation errors to near zero.
- • Provide after-hours or weekend coverage when critical process exceptions threaten on-time product delivery, embodying the urgency our patients deserve.
- • Participate in daily team huddles, weekly case-review meetings, and cross-functional Kaizen sessions, fostering a culture where feedback is rapid, respectful, and relentlessly focused on patient outcomes.
