- • Participate in a six-month accelerated leadership development program as a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.
- • Travel up to 90–100% of the time during the training program, visiting BioLife Plasma Services centers across the United States to gain hands-on operational experience.
- • Return home every other weekend while traveling nationally to support learning and networking with regional leadership teams.
- • Develop and drive your own personalized learning plan covering all aspects of managing high-volume blood plasma collection facilities, including donor services, compliance, and team leadership.
- • Lead and manage teams of 20+ direct reports by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, supporting professional development, and engaging in staff planning and recruitment.
- • Cultivate a positive, motivating work environment that retains donors and ensures exceptional customer service throughout the plasma collection process.
- • Assist with production activities and operational support at various plasma center locations during training and transition phases.
- • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support center operations and training schedules.
- • Obtain a Plasma Center Operations Manager position within 12 months of completing the training program, with relocation required to one of BioLife’s U.S. locations.
- • Network with senior management and regional leaders to build relationships that support career advancement and future opportunities to open and operate new plasma centers.
- • Perform physical tasks including walking or standing for entire shifts, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching above shoulders and below knees, and lifting up to 5 lbs. regularly, up to 32 lbs. occasionally, and rarely up to 50 lbs.
- • Wear gloves for approximately 90% of work tasks due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
- • Maintain fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance to safely perform job duties.
- • Operate a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program to facilitate travel between locations.
- • Apply standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), CLIA, and FDA regulations in daily operations.
- • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment by problem-solving, conducting management training, and communicating effectively across organizational levels.

- • Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country

- • Valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program

- • U.S. base salary range of $77,600.00 – $106,700.00
