- • Central Operations Specialist role focused on maintaining and improving operational workflows that support Market Operations across regions, ensuring consistent and scalable execution of business-critical processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operator communications, coordinating onboarding programs, handling off-boarding and location approvals, updating documentation, identifying process improvements, and creating visual materials using tools like Canva or Figma.
- • The Central Operations team builds and maintains communications, workflows, documentation, and enablement systems that enable Market Operations to function reliably and at scale across global regions.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of key operational processes, develop cross-functional coordination skills, improve process efficiency through practical enhancements, and contribute to scalable systems that support a fast-growing global network.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, team operations, communications, enablement, or similar roles
- • Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through
- • Excellent written communication with the ability to draft clear copy and documentation
- • Strong attention to detail and comfort with recurring operational processes
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without sacrificing quality
- • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with defined but evolving processes
- • Strong collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- • Bonus: experience with Notion, Airtable, Asana, Canva, Figma, or lightweight automation tools
